Remarkable and award-winning! We are proud that Hellenic Crops INC's KALAMATA P.D.O. was awarded the Superior Taste Award 2018 and 2019. Our EVOO achieved the two- golden star distinction as a "remarkable product" by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Brussels. Our unique, special Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Kalamata P.D.O.” was awarded for its taste, texture, fruity aroma and its "peppery" aftertaste. The highest rating has been received for the absence of faults!!! Total acidity up to 0.5 grams per 100 grams of olive oil

Bio EVOO

We produce in Messinia, Laconia and Crete. Three “blessed” areas in Greece with Ultra-Premium Organic EVOO, derived by handpicked organic olives. Impressive color, taste, aroma and texture.
Very low acidity up to 0.5.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

The natural category of olive oil with perfect aroma and flavor. It has intense fruity flavor and aroma of freshly cut olives. Its total acidity does not exceed 0.8 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.

Virgin Olive Oil

Natural olive oil with pleasant taste and aroma. Medium fruit flavor and golden green color. Its total acidity does not exceed 2 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.

Refined Olive Oil

Refined olive oil is the olive oil obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods which do not lead to alterations in the initial glycerine structure. It has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.3 grams per 100. It has a light golden color, pleasant taste.

Cracked Olives

Firm, variety in size (from small to large), green olives. They are cracked to allow the fruit absorb the marinades and olive oil. Kept and preserved in olive oil with lemon slices. Ideal table olives, especially for salads.

Throumpa Olives - Thasitiki

Wrinkled deep black small size olives. Throumpes olives obtain their wrinkled texture after being put in layers of dry sea salt. They are collected pretty mature, so they lose their bitterness and achieve a unique taste. Very rich in oil content. They are produced in many regions in Greece, primarily in Thassos island.
